Our Plan
Mataura Valley Milk plans to build a state-of-the art milk processing plant at McNab, 7km north of Gore. The plant will incorporate the very latest dairy processing technology, including a custom built drier, designed and engineered in Denmark.

MATAURA VALLEY plans to supply highly functional milk powders to meet the requirements of large scale global brand owners. There is a shortage of milk processing plants world-wide that can produce sophisticated milk powder products in sufficient volumes of a consistent and reliable quality.
